Rhythm is the application for ATM management and monitoring comprising of two modules – IEM and On-Call.

IEM is a module of the ATM management suite for precise monitoring of ATM events. The application is designed for use of Service providers/Banks for managing ATM network of a bank or multiple banks. Prompt notifications of faults and escalation via device monitoring, notification and fault-reporting capabilities reduce ATM downtime.  This will help the user to respond quickly to device errors and reduce average resolution time and improve customer satisfaction.

On-Call is a module of the ATM management suite which generates tickets to follow up any critical ATM event which may hamper its functioning based on the ATM status provided by IEM. This application will help maximize the ROI for ATM deploying institutions.
